Sick of silence dressed up nice
Every word a roll of dice
They talk in circles, dodge and stall
Like I dont hear the cracks through it all

Coffees cold, my hands still shake
Each reflection shows a strangers face
Its not rage, its rot beneath

I bit my tongue so many times
Now I just taste blood and I still stay quiet
Tried to breathe, but you sparked the riot

Fingers twitch with no excuse
Each emotion feels like a ruse

Every second stacked too tight
Heads a warzone dressed in white
They joke and laugh, I fake the cue
But I see red in every view
