Eyes open fast, light cuts deep
Jaws locked tight, cant find my feet
Pulse skips once, then drags me in
Day feels off like its breathing thin

Shadows still, but they feel staged
My own hands move like Ive been caged
The silence hums, it knows Im here
And somethings wrong, I just cant hear

Its too quiet, but not calm
Like the days already gone
I get dressed, I play along
But the mirrors looking wrong

TV on but the sound feels fake
Clock ticks loud like its gonna break
Phone lights up, I let it ring
Dont know why, just hate everything

Every thought stings like static fire
Cant breathe in, and the room feels wired

Its too quiet, but not calm
