As we journey through this hard and fragile life
A society swallowed in it's strife
Man can never truly know his fellow man
We are ignorant to Her eternal plan

You can't escape what's done is done
These bitter words will burn like acid on your tongue
Feel the dawn give rise to day,
As it carries you away

Hear my call
Humanities ego must fall
Fear my cries
Only the truth will survive
In the Night
Keep your salvation in sight
Seek to find
The evil within your own mind

At the end of life, we only have ourselves
Noone beside you as the death bell knells
Your own companion in your darkest day
Your self reflection can keep the hounds at bay

I am free from my own cage, all alone
Taken from your hands, left to live
In the age of Man, fools prevail
Strive to make your mark, born to fail
