You feel like the weight of the world's on your shoulders right now
All I can do is fake a smile

I wrote this to anyone that blames herself for the trauma they went through just listen

Medication or meditation just meditate and throw the pills away
I know you tired of suffering now but please hold on because you're doing great
I know people get the wrong idea and think your shy and awkward
But your not rude, you're exhausted from always putting your all in
No motivation for conversation it's complicated I know
And you smile at work like your soul don't hurt but you're suicidal at home

I know you haven't been stable, I know your finding life hard
But it's only you that can save you, you need to get out the dark
I know you think you cant right now but give it one more chance
And I pray you stop self harm because you're beautiful behind your scars

I know you're barely coping and just want someone to notice
It's a lonely world it makes no sense but do your best to make progress
Get some help and love yourself and do your best to stay focused

Its a bad day, its a good day and I always feel like there's no way out but stop this they want this
Those demons you don't need em
They're taking all your freedom but I swear to god we can beat them

Let's fight back get your life back, you should be proud of yourself
