He'S Living Again

Three days in misery and dread, knowing that Christ our Lord was dead.
Mary arose that first Easter morn and went to the tomb.
Peter and John came following on and when they found the Savior gone.
As they turned to go, John said with a glow, He's living again.

He's living again, He reigns from on high
Oh yes, it's true, He came here to die.
He rose from the grave. Rolled that stone away.
I'm glad to say, He's living again.

When this world says our Lord is dead.
They can't find proof in what they've said.
They seek a grave where His body's laid, this story to end.
But I'll take them to a garden tomb.
Show them that hollow empty room.
His story lives on, He's risen, he's gone.
He's living again.
