43-Resolution

䷪ 43-夬卦【澤天夬】

夬，揚于王庭，孚號有厲。告自邑，不利即戎，利有攸往。

初九，壯于前趾，往不勝為咎。
九二，惕號，莫夜有戎，勿恤。
九三，壯于頄，有凶。君子夬夬，獨行，遇雨若濡。有慍无咎。
九四，臀无膚，其行次且，牽羊悔亡，聞言不信。
九五，莧陸夬夬，中行无咎。
上六，无號，終有凶。

《彖傳》：夬，決也，剛決柔也。健而說，決而和。
揚于王庭，柔乘五剛也；孚號有厲，其危乃光也；
告自邑，不利即戎，所尚乃窮也；利有攸往，剛長乃終也。

《象傳》：澤上於天，夬。君子以施祿及下，居德則忌。

《序卦傳》：益而不已，必決，故受之以夬； 夬者決也。

《雜卦傳》：夬，決也，剛決柔也。君子道長，小人道憂也。

Hexagram 43-Resolution(Kua)【Lake Heaven Kua】

Kua, proclaimed in the royal court, with trust, there is danger. Announced from the town, not favorable to engage in war, favorable to go forward

Line１：Strength in the front toes, going forward without victory is blame
Line 2：Alarmed cry, at night there is war, do not worry
Line 3：Strength in the jaw, there is danger. The superior man is decisive, going alone, encountering rain as if wet. There is resentment but no blame
Line 4：The buttocks are without skin, his steps are hesitant, leading a sheep, regret disappears, hearing words but not believing
Line 5：The plantain is decisive, in the middle way there is no blame
Line 6：No cry, in the end there is danger

《The Judgment》：Kua means to decide, the strong decides the soft. Strong and pleasing, decisive and harmonious. Proclaimed in the royal court, the soft rides above the five strong; with trust, there is danger, its peril is bright; announced from the town, not favorable to engage in war, what is valued is exhausted; favorable to go forward, the strong grows and ends

《The Image》：A lake above the sky, Kua. The superior man, by this, bestows blessings on those below, but is cautious in virtue

《The Sequence of the Hexagrams》：If one increases and does not stop, there must be a decision, hence it is followed by Kua; Kua means to decide

《The Mixed Hexagrams》：Kua, to decide, the strong decides the soft. The way of the superior man grows, the way of the petty man is worried
