It'S Time To Pray

I know just where I can run to 
It's time to pray
when I need a little help
I know just who I can call on

Woke up early this morning cause I could not sleep
The spirit of the Lord said to me 
it's time to get on your knees
Somethings going on in the atmosphere 
and I don't like what I'm feeling
I've got to get up and cover my house 
and go and cover my children
Yay though I walk through the valleys of the shadows of death 
I will fear no evil cause the Lord is my strength
And as soon as I started to pray 
I began to feel God's spirit
I can feel the spirit moving
Cause when I call on him I know somehow 
he'll work it out for me

I know that the enemy 
comes to steal kill and destroy
But I don't know why the devil act like it don't know 
where my help comes from
Sometimes I may get weary but then God always reminds me 
come unto me all you who are weary 
and then he gives me rest
Whatever you stand in the need of 
go get it after you tell God about it
Delight yourself in the Lord 
and he will give you the desires of your heart
Seek the Lord and you will find him
Call on him and he will answer
Ask and it shall be given to you 
good measure pressed down shaken and running over
That's how it will be given unto you
If I'm standing in the need of something 
I call on him
We all go through things sometimes in our lives
If I'm going through something in my life 
I call on him
If I can't see what's ahead if I cannot see where I'm going 
I call on him
I know there are some things I don't understand
If I do not understand if it's something that 
I don't know how to handle 
I call on him
