A Little Taste Of Heaven

Heaven, I've had a little taste of heaven,
I've had a little touch of heaven,
I've had a little glimpse of heaven want to go where the milk and honey flow
No more sorrow pain or woe,
I've had a little taste of heaven and I want to go there, I want to go there.

My treasure was in earthly things until one night in prayer
I caught a glimpse of heaven and now my heart is there.

Now when I feel discouraged and my burdens get me down,
I pray till I touch heaven and now my feet are on higher ground.
Well, I've had my share of trouble, and I've had my share of woe,
But I forget about them when I feel the heavenly breezes blow.
