Footsteps

Gently, the force of ages shows its gradual persistence  pushing layer by layer only
seen with perseverance
Following I make my choices driven by the need behind the scenes  sometimes forced
and sometimes freely the
end must not be clear to me
'cos I am given my time  I am the throat that carries  channels life for a time
Taking all those steps that you made before you knew just where they would lead you to
now that road will lead on still forming still calling your soul to family
swallowing a maybe or a might  a falling or a flight  echoes deep inside your mind away
