Self-Restraint

The only way to not consume the contents of this fridge during the week is to drink it all now. I
live my life with lyrics etched onto the inside of my eyelids. I can't see what's around.
To me a quiet mind is just a concept. I understand the benefits, but I haven't found the button
yet.

he's resisting food for a fuss. You make your own serendipity, be passionate, push through. The
