Burning Trees

This is the beginning of me letting go,

you dont really love me you dont even see me

this is the beginning of me burning slow
like a forrest fire the trees are flaming on the patio

everybody lies, everybody cries
this is not what im suppose to be
the ship sails and my heart wails in the middle of a dead sea

everybody rise
look at my disguise

in the heart of a burning tree
everybody tries look in my eyes

we plant a seed let the roots grow deep
set flames for a burning tree

i took a match burned the whole place down nothing left of the chateau
