For the answers

(Even if you don’t believe it)
Only if I could
(Even if you trust no one)

If no one’s out there
Then there’s nothing we can do
I’ll take the comfort in knowing
I’ll always have you

So I’m the liar
And it’s the way it’s always been
I didn’t lie to you
(I wouldn’t lie to you)
I didn’t make the rules
(I only bend the truth) 

So you don’t believe me
But still you  get the feeling
That you don’t belong here
(If somebody else is out there)
No point in saving you from the truth

But the truth is out there
