WHERE ARE YOU?

Its started in my head, moved to my heart, soul, now it's in my hands.
My understanding of health, it started to expand.
I couldn’t do it myself. I need other friends to become (whole man)!
Explore my emotions, work on my mental health -live for his glory
ask for the spirits help. Practice then repeat.
Being known is the greatest wealth, seek rest and be a blessing (whole man).
I'm on the road to wholeness - but I haven't arrived.
Some sit in the back, I’ve been given the drive.
You content to survive, I’m trying thrive. 
You can’t be passive on this ride to become (whole man) 
Know Jesus, keep fasting, stay praying. 
be fruitful,  with your mind, or brick laying 
To our fathers, hell marries, then abuses.
But God chooses and then introduces us to be… 

Be healed, be new, Behold 
The Lord who takes a broken man and says be whole
Love him with our heart, mind, strength and soul 
Build up the brothers from young to old. (BE KNOWN) 
Head, Heart, Hands, Soul
Be healed, be new, be known 
live and be whole (Be Whole)

You could be a healer. You can be an enemy. 
You can be a solution.  Be the man you wanna see. 
Growth can be elusive. 
No weapon in front of me shall conquer this new monster, this (whole man).
You can have strength. You can have a lot of soul. 
Your mind can think quick.  Hands to break chains of old. 
Be excellent but beware of devalued Gold. 
A conscious that thinks improper, Aww man.
Its poison in your mind, venom on your tongue,
corruption in your grind, passivity in your lungs. 
It's the clashing of the cymbals, the bashing of the drums.
It’s the noise immature boys make seeking love. 
So put a song in their soul,  affirmation on their head. 
Speak love to their heart, rest into my hands. 
Let the weak become strong, let the strong understand, 
that the village is made in the image of a whole man!

Journey to something new
bless the integrated you 

I was lost and confused leaving the counsel of fools
On my way to wholeness I met some wonderful tools
I had a checkup with the doctor who enthused to commune
Virtue’s all in tone, sitting in the waiting room
Love was talking to anger,  justice talking to grace
It felt kinda fake they seemed to have the same face
Patients saw me in a rush,  and put me on the waitlist
Walked me to my seat - and sat me next greatness
Greatness looked kinda different the pictures that were painted 
Told me as we sat, I can make things too complicated 
You live jaded when you think you’re being chased or do the chasing
Know when you’re racing and when energy is wasted 
Pointed across the room, and said go meet contentment
Now I’m talking to joy and peace and their friend repentance 
I’m looking down I got a frown, they all up in my business
With the quickness they helped with all my fears and resentment 
In attendance was Joy she said something that really snatched me 
Sho, try not to hate it when other brothers have me 
Peace gave me a stare, that lasted for a while
I learned something in the silence without exchanging a sound
There’s a difference from being quiet and being in denial
There’s a Difference between being heard and being real loud 
The Doctor looked me over and pointed out my cracks 
He said relax, I’m a pro, I can work with all of that

Be Whole. Be Known. He said  be whole. Be known.
Whole man.
