Psalm 16 (Keep Me Safe)

Keep me safe, O Lord, for in you I hide
O oooh, I said to the Lord
"You are my Lord" o-o-o oooh

Apart from you, O Lord, I have no good thing
O oooh, and as for the saints
They are the glorious ones in whom I delight

Their sorrows will grow and follow other gods
And I will never go with them to sacrifice
And I will never take their
Names upon my lips
Lord, you are my portion, sure
Inheritance of mine secure
The boundary lines, they fall for me
In pleasant places I can see
How delightful is my lot

I will praise the Lord
The Lord who counsels me o oooh
And even at night my heart
Instructs me in His way o-o-o oooh

I have set the Lord before me every day
Because He's at my side
I will never be shaken i will not be moved
With the Lord at my right hand

Before my heart and lips rejoice
My body to a rest secure
For You will lift me from the grave
Your holy one won't see decay
