I couldn't overcome the urges
Some for them but more for me

Propagation of disharmony leads to insanity
Medical adulteration of derelict alacrity
Invoking my fifth amendment
I silence the opposition
To fill my need
To feed my greed

Flowing day to day throughout my body
I needed them to survive
Every minute intoxication
Prescribed insubordination
An intrinsic inclination of immorality
Inclination to depopulate
Inclination to exterminate
